Definition: Digg.com is a social tagging website where people can find, save, and share any piece of content on the web.

Members, or so-called "Diggers" dig up their favorite sites and post them on the Digg database for others to discover. Therefore, all the content found on Digg is user-generated, or contributed by members.

If a website, blog, image, or online film receives enough exposure, it can bumped up to the Digg homepage.
