The scandal surrounding News Corp Chairman and CEO, Rupert Murdoch, has finally led to the hearing that started today. During the hearing a man sitting in the fourth row calmly stood up and proceeded to calmly walk over and smother Rupert Murdoch in the face with a shaving cream pie. The young man has been identified as a protester, Jonnie Marbles. A recent report from social media analytics site awe.sm states that Twitter is actually driving four times the amount of traffic than what is actually being recorded via referrer information. Referrer analysis is wrongly attributing sharing, "the referral traffic one sees from Twitter.com is less than 25% of the traffic actually driven by Twitter."
