Reach Targeting is an addition to Google's Display Network which allows the
advertiser to control the settings for your ad at an ad group level. The
advertiser will reach a deeper aspect of the advertisement with its targeting
methods. According to Google, campaign level settings allow the
advertiser to choose between a Broad reach and Specific Reach.
