Hey there! When last we left, I was tweaking the Ticketini Squidoo page... beefing it up with links to upcoming shows, info on featured artists, music videos, Amazon album picks, featured lenses (other Squidoo pages), news feeds, and a heck of a lot more. Then the creative lightening struck... why not create individual pages for our favorite performers? What better way to pay tribute to great singers, and really put the spotlight on their upcoming shows? So that's just what I've been doing over the last few... read more.

Hey there! A few months ago I started making Squidoo pages for Hudson Horizons. Now, "Squidoo" might sound like a dodgy appetizer at a French restaurant, but it's actually a community-based website where members can create pages (a.k.a.: lenses) for subjects of interest. So why do I like Squidoo?1) Squidoo is a free service. Welcome back to Part 2 of my epic Tweeting about Ticketini adventure.Part 1 wrapped up with a nice little cliff hanger, if I do say so myself. Who the heck is that lady with the broken leg? Well, that was there the Escapade led me. Next on the menu: the Epiphany!(Don't know what the heck I'm talking about? Refresh your memory with Tweeting My Ticketini Heart Out, Part 1).Flash back to two days ago: I had just stumbled upon this bizarre photo on TwitPic thanks to a funny Tweet by Guy Kawasaki and about a zil... read more.

On the quest to find new and entertaining ways to market Ticketini, a recently-launched social network geared towards ticket sales, I stumbled upon a true social media marketing gem that I just had to share here. How I stumbled upon the story of Sam Mutimer's seriously broken leg is a stunning attestation to the beauty of social media and Web 2.0 technology.Try and stay with me- this may seem like a convoluted adventure, but it all seemed to happen in an instant. It's a lot to take in though, so I'll break... read more.

Hey there! Last week I opened up a new chapter of our Hudson Horizons blog: the twisted Ticketini tales. Well, they're not really twisted... not yet. These weekly posts will be more or less like a marketing journal where I'll record my social media ups and downs, share honest, unabashed feedback, and keep you in the loop as I spread the word around the world wide web about Ticketini.com-- a ticket selling website with a special social spin.If you haven't already checked out my first post, you can find it he... read more.
