Remember those ugly noises that dial-up connections used to
make? Well the internet has definitely changed since then. Google introduced Fiber earlier this week. It's meant to run 100 times faser than today's
average internet connections. It will be introduced in certain areas first and
it's said to be virtually free for at least the first 7 years although you'll
have to pay a $300 installation fee.
Buffering, waiting, and loading will be a thing of the past
once Google Fiber takes over. Fiber will be up to 1000 mbps! WOW! Your Cat YouTube videos will
load faster and smoother. Google is allowing registrations in your Fiberhood
which only exist in Kansas City Kansas and Kansas City Montana with a
pre-registration of only $10. I sure hope Hudson Horizons gets in on
Google Fiber when it comes to East Coast because we would really appreciate
some faster loading especially for our YouTube
videos.
