Zuckerberg is once again being sued by discontent investors who are saying the entrepreneur dished out on inside information that stated the Facebook stock wasn't worth its estimated value. To recap, Zuckerberg has fought his fair share of legal battles against the Winklevoss twins, the Jewish community that was enraged over a Facebook page, and for misleading investors.

Zuckerberg may be in over his head with this lawsuit which claims that JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley tipped of only the large investors of the company before the IPO and those who actually did invest were left in the dark. Since Monday morning, Facebook shares have fallen to $26.00 per share from its original $38.00 per share when it was introduced.

To make things worse for Zuckerberg, rumors have been circling around saying that he has made up to a billion dollars off the stockholders. Zuckerberg allowed the IPO to go for an unworthy high price because of ‘inflated projections' justifying Facebook's $100 billion valuation. Many believe Facebook will die off within the next five years.

As you may or may not know, Zuckerberg recently married his college sweetheart, Priscilla Chan, and is off on his honeymoon. How coincidental that he decided to go off on a honeymoon when his stocks began to plummet and has left investors waiting for answers. Zuckerberg has also been neglecting avid Facebook mobile users who are discontent with mobile apps.

It seems like Zuckerberg continues to only care about his own interests. With Facebook for under-13 year olds in the midst he will reach another market; bringing in more revenue for him.  Facebook also recently introduced new ads on Facebook log in pages; yesterday it was Michael Phelps for Subway, today it's Eva Mendes for Pantene Pro-V. If Zuckerberg continues to neglect Facebook mobile users and investors of his company we might live in a Facebook-less world.  What would we be without Facebook? How do you feel about Zuckerberg and his egocentric tendencies?
