Yesterday, Mark Zuckerberg unveiled Facebook's new "social search engine," Graph Search. The extension to Facebook grants its users the ability to enter personalized questions into an integrated search field such as: "Which of my friends watch Grey's Anatomy?" or "My friends who live in Manhattan and like running." The social media network has described this new feature as their third major pillar. The first being Facebook's newsfeed, second as Timeline and now Graph Search! The Graph is a great resource... read more.

Zuckerberg is once again being sued by discontent investors who are saying the entrepreneur dished out on inside information that stated the Facebook stock wasn't worth its estimated value. To recap, Zuckerberg has fought his fair share of legal battles against the Winklevoss twins, the Jewish community that was enraged over a Facebook page, and for misleading investors. Zuckerberg may be in over his head with this lawsuit which claims that JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley tipped of on... read more.

Will the real Mark Zuckerberg please stand up! Did anyone else have to do a double take when Andy Samberg walked out for the keynote introduction at the F8 Conference yesterday? The SNL comedian opened up yesterday's f8 conference sporting the casual attire usually worn by Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg. The 8-minute keynote introduction with Samberg impersonating Zuckerberg led to knee-slapping remarks about Facebook's global domination and a paraody of the usual f8 topics, like user growth. Before the... read more.

An article from Reuters last week explained that Mark Zuckerberg, CEO and founder of Facebook will be visiting Facebook's Seattle office today to announce the "launch [of] something awesome." Many are still speculating what this news could be, Zuckerberg vaguely stated it could possibly be in the mobile or tablet arena. The project was developed outside of Palo Alto, the California headquarters of the world's largest social network. According to Zuckerberg, this project was developed at the 40-person Sea... read more.

Recently friends and family have been coming to me with Facebook concerns; concerns that often pertained to a negative issue or at the very least a confusing one. "Why does Facebook automatically do this?" or "Why can't I post a Facebook status without this happening?" Questions that only fueled the already piling frustrations I currently have with the social networking site. Here is my question for Facebook ... does privacy on Facebook even exist? Along with making changes to Facebook functionalities, Fac... read more.

I'm a huge fan of the Oscar-winning Facebook movie, The Social Network. The drama, suspense and insight into the conception of one of the world's fastest growing companies made for a great blockbuster. Mark Zuckerberg, the actual face of Facebook was depicted as a brainy introvert, who might have burned a few bridges on his journey to social networking domination. One conflict, as there seems to be many surfacing, was not depicted through Hollywood's version of the Facebook story. The Social Network might... read more.

From an exclusive collegiate networking site, to a money-making business marketing platform, Facebook has grown up quickly and perhaps lost its innocence along the way. Facebook users are all too familiar with the consistent changes to profiles and fan pages, but who would have thought that some of the greatest features of Facebook would slowly become obsolete. Remember when suggesting a page to a friend was a great way to share your likes and interests? Now, the suggest feature to the right of fan pages,... read more.

600 Million and no Announcement! Towards the end of 2010, it was pretty clear that Facebook would hit 600 million members at any moment. Needless to say, the networking giant has reached 600 million users; however, unlike the company's last triumph of 500 million fans, this milestone was not filled with as much excitement. Facebook did not publicly announce the 600 million nor was there as much hype this time around. It seems to celebrate something that happens more and more frequently is perhaps redundant... read more.

A long time ago, the internet was far, far away... Seventeen years ago when clunky game boys were cool, Macintosh was better associated with a brand of apples and Mark Zuckerberg was only a 9 year-old boy, our world of technology was dramatically different. Since 1994, the Internet and everything that encompasses this world changing, fast-paced communication portal has found a way to shrink the surface of the world in less than two decades. A resurfaced clip from the Today Show highlights an interesting c... read more.
