    Yes, our CMS is very flexible and will allow you to modify the content of just about every page. You will have access to a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor as well as the ability to add images and links.

  • Question: How easy is your CMS?

    Our CMS is very user friendly. We structure it similar to the architecture of your site so sections and pages are easy to find. Editing and removing content is mostly self-explanatory once your training session is completed.

  • Question: What are the mobile-compatibility options for my website?

    We offer a multitude of mobile solutions. We can create mobile apps for Android and iOS that work directly with your site’s data and can be controlled through the same administrative section of your website. Also we can create mobile-friendly versions of your existing website to enhance the experience on any mobile device.

  • Question: Will I be able to add pages to my website?

    Yes, our CMS allows you to add new pages to your website.

  • Question: Can multiple people moderate my site?

    Yes, our CMS allows for multiple administrators for your site. You can even limit the capabilities of certain moderators so that they can only edit specific sections of your site

  • Question: How long will it take you to develop my website?

    This question is very dependent on the size of the website and the amount of features and integrations that it consists of. Obviously the more programming that a website needs, the longer the development time will be.

  • Question: Can I add features to my website later or is it a one-time deal?

  • Question: What is the difference between SEO and SEM?

    Search Engine Optimization is actually a part of Search Engine Marketing. Both aim to bring more traffic to a website.

  • Question: How quickly will I see results?

    We get asked this question often… The answer is, it depends. It depends on how competitive the keywords are you are targeting, how long your website has been around, how well optimized your website is, and more.

    We typically begin to see results within two to three months. We’ll provide you with a rank report on a weekly basis so you can monitor how our progress is going and see your website moving up in the rankings for those keywords.

  • Question: How often will you report out to me?

    We provide an emailed rank and traffic report on a weekly basis and can schedule monthly follow up calls or emails to discuss progress with you.

  • Question: What is a back link?

    A back link is a link from a 3rd party website to yours and is the primary means of off-site search engine optimization. As an example of how powerful a back link is, search Google for the term “click here” and notice the first result is to Adobe. The reason Google returns this result is because of all the websites out there that link the phrase “Click Here” to Adobe, most often when providing a PDF document and telling the viewer “If you need a PDF viewer, click here”. Those links count as votes to Google, so when someone searches for click here Google decides to return the most popular, most linked to result; Adobe.

  • Question: How do you build links?

    Not all links are created equal and some can even harm your website, causing you to lose rankings. We deploy a variety of methods from link bait and viral marketing to blogger outreach and guest blog PR; everything we do is within Google’s guidelines so you never have to worry about getting penalized or banned.

  • Question: My competitor is doing XYZ link building tactic and out of nowhere appeared on top of Google over night. Can you do that too?

    There are many methods deployed for link building, but not all of them follow Google’s guidelines, known as “Black Hate”. In fact Google is always playing a game of cat and mouse with those SEO’s engaging in Black Hat link building. While your competitor might have suddenly popped up overnight for every keyword under the sun chances are good they did so using techniques that Google will soon catch on to and discredit, penalizing your competitor’s website. We won’t engage in those practices that can harm your website rankings; we believe in a sustainable, long lasting search engine optimization process.

  • Question: How do I decide which keywords I want to rank for?

    We conduct comprehensive research and analysis and provide you our keyword recommendations.

  • Question: Can I rank for (huge list of keywords)?

    Sure, but that isn’t the most effective use of your investment. The more spread out you are in your SEO efforts the longer it is going to take to get results. We will work with you to make sure you are focusing on the most important keywords for your business, so that you get found for those and focus on the extraneous ones with lower priority.

  • Question: Why should I outsource SEO?

    SEO is a full time process and requires keeping up to date on the ever changing search engine algorithms. If you’re serious about getting found in Google you’ll want a professional managing your campaign to make sure you get those first page results as soon as possible.

    For the first time in history, people from all different parts of the world can communicate in a matter of seconds. It is a phenomenon that is constantly growing, and will continue to grow with new technological innovations. This is only the beginning.

    Put simply, social media is where your customers are. It is the quickest, most cost-efficient way to drive sales while creating and maintaining the best possible relationship with customers.

  • Question: What is Social Media Marketing?

    Social media marketing is the strategy in which businesses use social media websites to promote their company. This should not be confused with advertising, which is the direct promotion of products or services without any customer interaction (i.e. buy our new product!). Instead, social media marketing entices customers to familiarize themselves with your business through interactive dialogue, which results in personal connections to your institution. Essentially, social media marketing gives your business a personality.

  • Question: Will Social Media Marketing really improve my business?

    Yes, social media marketing really will improve your business. However, simply making a Facebook or Twitter page won’t skyrocket your sales. In order for social media marketing to work, you need to be active and consistent. In other words, the “if you build it, they will come” cliché won’t come in handy here. Social media is exactly what says – social. So, for the best results, it’s important to consistently interact.

  • Question: I thought birds were the only ones that could tweet.

    Even though this isn’t a question, it’s a great observation. Yes, until about six years ago, tweeting was a luxury reserved specifically for birds. However, with the release of the social networking platform Twitter, humans now have the ability to Tweet as well. Tweets are 140 character microblogs that are posted in real-time on your Twitter page. The reason Twitter is so beneficial is because your business can become an authority on the type of product you offer, simply by posting relevant content. Plus, you can Tweet deals and specials that users can Retweet, resulting in further business exposure.

  • Question: Isn’t Social Media made for teenagers and college students?

    When social media first gained popularity, it was definitely more prevalent in teens and young adults. However, with Betty White as proof, social media knows no age. Businesses, organizations, charities and individuals of all ages have begun to utilize social networking. From keeping up with the latest news to finding the best coupons, social media is a tool that is useful no matter how old you are.

    Yes, Facebook is necessary for your business. In fact, Facebook is the most popular social networking site in the world. The goal of social media for business is to be where your customers are, and statistics show that most, if not all of them are on Facebook.

  • Question: Should my businesses’ website include a blog?

    In most cases, yes, your website should include a blog. Blogging is an essential part of social media for two reasons. First, blogs help your business become an authority on the products or services you offer. When potential customers visit your webpage and find that you are blogging about current, relevant information, you will immediately have the upper hand over a competitor without a blog. Second, including a blog increases the Search Engine Optimization of your website as a whole by letting search engines know that you are a reliable source.

  • Question: How many Social Media Outlets do I need to use?

    The answer to this question depends greatly on what type of business you’re promoting. As a general rule, however, it is in your best interest to actively use anywhere from two to four social media sites on a regular basis. We recommend establishing a presence on as many social media platforms as possible in order to evaluate which ones work best for you. Once you’ve figured out which social media sites best suit your business, you can narrow your focus respectively.
